Job summary
The Center for Autism and Related Disorders (CARD) is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to oversee clinical treatment plans, supervise staff, and collaborate with families across multiple settings. This salaried, exempt role requires BCBA certification and a Master’s degree in psychology/ABA, with experience in autism spectrum disorder care.

Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Psychology, ABA, or related field.
- BCBA certification is required.
- Experience working with individuals with ASD preferred.
- Strong confidentiality and ability to work collaboratively.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
- Oversee implementation of treatment and supervise staff.
- Coach and train behavioral technicians.
- Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
- Ensure documentation complies with HIPAA and payer requirements.
- Monitor and adjust treatment plans monthly.
