Job summary

Foothill Child Development Services in Los Angeles, CA seeks a Clinical Supervisor (BCBA) to design and oversee ABA programs, conduct assessments, write reports, supervise staff, and collaborate with families to support children with autism and related disorders.

The role requires BCBA certification, a Master’s degree in psychology/ABA or related field, at least 2 years of clinical supervision in ASD/ABA, and strong skills in assessments, treatment planning, and data analysis.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
• Master’s degree in psychology, ABA, Special Education, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical supervision experience in ASD/ABA settings.
• Skilled in assessments, treatment planning, and report writing.
• DOJ clearance, current TB test, CA driver’s license, insurance, and reliable transportation.
• Bilingual (Spanish/Armenian) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, supervise, and implement ABA treatment programs.
• Conduct functional behavioral assessments and develop treatment plans.
• Oversee direct ABA interventions in home, community, and center settings.
• Collect and analyze data to ensure treatment fidelity and progress.
• Supervise staff, provide immediate feedback, and model best practices.
• Attend client appointments and team meetings; provide parent training.
• Maintain documentation, confidentiality, and HIPAA compliance.
• Stay current with ABA practices through professional development.
