Job summary

Center for Autism and Related Disorders, LLC is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to lead ABA treatment programs for diverse patients across center, home, school and telehealth settings. You will develop and monitor treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, and collaborate with caregivers and payer stakeholders to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in psychology or ABA, BCBA certification, and proven experience with ASD.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology or Applied Behavior Analysis or related field.
• BCBA certification required.
• Experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD).
• Proficient computer skills; MS Excel, Word, Outlook; familiarity with iPads.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain treatment plans for patients.
• Oversee treatment implementation and supervise behavior technicians.
• Coordinate care with caregivers and other professionals.
• Administer, complete, and score standardized assessments.
• Ensure HIPAA compliance and thorough documentation.
