Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Lead Aerial Mechanic to oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection of all aerial equipment, including drones, ensuring FAA compliance and safe operations. You will manage a team of mechanics, schedule maintenance, and liaise with pilots and operations to minimize impact on flight schedules.

The role requires at least 5 years in aerial maintenance, an FAA A&P certificate, and strong leadership with excellent diagnostic and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must have FAA A&P certificate.
• Minimum 5 years in aerial maintenance.
• Experience with crop dusters, helicopters, drones, and other aerial equipment.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise scheduled and unscheduled maintenance on all aerial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in aerial vehicles.
• Ensure repairs meet safety and quality standards.
• Mentor and train a team of aerial mechanics.
• Coordinate with operations to schedule maintenance without disrupting flight schedules.
• Develop and enforce maintenance plans and safety protocols.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities and inspections.
