Job summary

Vector Disease Control International (VDCI) is seeking a Lead A&P Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Technician in Ogden, UT. The role oversees maintenance, repair and inspection of all aerial equipment, including drones, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance.

You will mentor a team of mechanics and coordinate schedules with operations. Requirements include FAA A&P certificate and IA certification, 5+ years in aerial maintenance, and strong leadership and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Must hold FAA A&P certificate and IA certification.
• Experience leading a maintenance team is preferred.
• Strong diagnostic and problem-solving abilities required.
• Ability to read manuals, blueprints and schematics fluently.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills needed.

Responsibilities

• Supervise maintenance, repair and inspection of aerial equipment.
• Lead a team of aerial mechanics and allocate tasks.
