Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Lead Aerial Mechanic to oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection of aerial equipment, including drones. Lead a team of mechanics, coordinate schedules, and ensure FAA compliance to uphold safety and efficiency.

The role requires strong leadership and diagnostic abilities, with extensive experience in aerial systems and regulatory standards. Reporting to the maintenance manager, you will develop maintenance plans and supervise parts inventory.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree or technical aviation maintenance certification preferred.
• Experience leading a team and coordinating maintenance schedules.

Responsibilities

• Perform and supervise maintenance on all aerial equipment.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in aerial vehicles.
• Coordinate maintenance schedules with operations to minimize flight disruption.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance and inspections.
