Job summary

Rentokil North America is seeking a Lead Aerial Mechanic to oversee maintenance, repair, and inspection of all aerial equipment including drones. You will manage a team of mechanics, coordinate schedules, and ensure FAA compliance.

The ideal candidate holds an FAA A&P certificate, 5+ years in aerial maintenance, and proven leadership skills. A background with crop dusters, helicopters, and drones is valued, along with strong problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications

• Must be computer literate and proficient with MS Office and Google suite.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient reading and interpreting technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.
• Effective communication, both verbal and written.

Responsibilities
