Job summary

Especially Children CDC Too is seeking a passionate 4K Teacher to create a safe, nurturing classroom for four-year-olds and prepare them for kindergarten. You will plan developmentally appropriate lessons that support social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth, while building positive relationships with children, families, and staff.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in ECE or related field required.
• Experience with preschool-aged children.
• Knowledge of child development principles.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Pass required background checks and licensing requirements.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Plan and implement age-appropriate curriculum and daily lesson plans.
• Create a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment.
• Support children's social, emotional, cognitive, and physical development.
• Monitor and assess student progress and maintain accurate records.
