Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, or related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience teaching in a Pre-K or early childhood setting.
CPR and First Aid certification, or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a curriculum that aligns with educational standards and supports child development.
Create an inclusive, stimulating classroom environment.
Plan daily lessons and activities promoting cognitive, social, and emotional growth.
Assess developmental needs and tailor activities accordingly.
