Job summary

The Ohio State University Extension Guernsey County is seeking an Extension Educators Coordinator 3, 4-H to support youth programs and community partnerships. The role involves administrative support under the District Director and programmatic work with a 4-H Youth Development Educator.

Responsibilities include data entry, record keeping, and program development/ evaluation, with some evenings/weekends. A dynamic, self-starting professional is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required; 4–6 years preferred.
• Flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
• Resume and cover letter, with dates, must be included at application.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with office staff, key stakeholders, and community members to support educational programs and activities for youth.
• Assist county team with office coverage/management, program marketing, and reporting.
• Work with adult and youth through school enrichment, Cloverbud programming, volunteer management/training, data entry and management, and program development, implementation, and evaluation.
