Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance for 4-H Youth Development programming to local and area needs.
• Design and deliver educational programming for adults and youth.
• Work with committees, volunteers, and establish community partnerships to support program goals.
• Develop and manage a high-quality overnight 4-H camping program, including recruitment and training of teen counselors.
• Support county fair activities and evaluate program impact using existing instruments.
