Job summary

The Ohio State University Extension in Auglaize County is seeking an Extension Educators Coordinator to support 4-H Youth Development programs aligned with the goals set by the 4-H Educator. You will work with office staff, partners, and community members to deliver educational activities for local youth based on community needs and the 4-H model.

You will help with enrollment, volunteer recruitment, data entry, and maintaining records, and assist in creating print and digital media including

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED
• Certification or vocational training may be required
• Associate degree in relevant field may be preferred
• 2 years of relevant experience required
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Support programmatic efforts for 4-H Youth Development in Auglaize County per the 4-H Educator's goals
• Collaborate with office staff, stakeholders, partners and community members to deliver youth programs and activities
• Assist with enrollment, volunteer recruitment, data entry, record keeping and file maintenance
• Develop printed and digital media (flyers, webpages, blogs, social media, newsletters, articles)
