Job summary

The Ohio State University Extension is seeking an Extension Educators Coordinator 3, 4-H for Guernsey County (Old Washington), Ohio. The role works under the District Director and with the 4-H Youth Development Educator to support educational programs and activities for youth based on community needs and the 4-H model.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED.
• Certification or vocational training may be required.
• Associate degree in a relevant field may be preferred.
• 2 years of relevant experience required.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support and work in partnership with office staff, stakeholders, and community members to support educational programs for youth based on community needs and the 4-H model.
• Work under the District Director and programmatically with the 4-H Youth Development Educator.
• Assist with office coverage/management, program marketing, and reports.
• Coordinate with county team; adaptability for a flexible schedule including some evenings and weekends.
