Cornell Cooperative Extension Association of Jefferson County is seeking a full-time Site Supervisor I to coordinate and deliver 4-H Afterschool programs for K–12 in multiple districts. You will supervise 2–5 site staff, review timecards, and support program delivery with established curricula in STEAM, healthy lifestyles, and youth development.

The role requires collaboration with school staff, adherence to OCFS regulations, and flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Formación

• Associate’s Degree or equivalent education required.
• Experience relevant to the role.
• Valid NYS Driver’s License with ability to travel.
• Ability to meet SACC and OCFS licensing requirements.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings/weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise program staff and provide performance feedback.
• Coordinate and deliver 4-H Afterschool activities for youth.
• Plan lesson content and engage community partners.
• Maintain compliance with OCFS and licensing regulations.
• Collaborate with district staff to ensure resources and supports.
