Job summary

Associate degree in manufacturing, logistics, business or related field is required.
Bachelor degree in manufacturing, logistics, business, technical discipline preferred.
Minimum 5 years in manufacturing, warehouse or distribution environment.
Minimum 2 years in lead or supervisory role; internal leadership program acceptable.

Responsibilities

Supervise teams to meet daily operations goals and KPIs (OEE, order accuracy, labor efficiency).
Enforce safety, quality and delivery commitments; follow ISO 9000 and APQP where applicable.
Maintain inventory accuracy and support ERP/WMS processes and cycle counts.
Lead lean initiatives and continuous improvement across shifts.
