Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for 2nd shift in Carrollton, TX. You will oversee a team of production workers, plan activities, and ensure safe, high-quality food production aligned with schedules.

Responsibilities include hiring, training, scheduling, performance coaching, and maintaining records. Strong knowledge of GMP, food safety, and lean practices is required, with a focus on continuous improvement and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in food manufacturing.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• Knowledge of GMP, HACCP and food safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and lead a team of production workers to meet targets and quality objectives.
• Plan and coordinate production activities, allocate resources, and optimize workflow.
• Monitor processes to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Develop production schedules with the manager and implement process improvements.
• Maintain accurate production records and reports for performance metrics.
• Train staff on procedures, safety, and quality requirements.
