Job summary

Catallia Mexican Foods is seeking an experienced Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift (2:00 pm – 10:30 pm, Monday–Friday with overtime on Saturdays). The role oversees daily production activities, ensures safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and coaches a team to meet performance goals.

Responsibilities include monitoring equipment, downtime, and KPIs; coordinating with maintenance, QA, and scheduling; and driving continuous improvement through SOPs and root-cause investigations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading manufacturing teams in a food environment is preferred.
• Strong focus on safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Proven track record in coaching and performance management.

Responsibilities

• Direct daily activities of the production shift to meet goals.
• Monitor equipment performance, downtime, and safety compliance.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and disciplinary action as needed.
• Coordinate with maintenance, QA, sanitation, and scheduling.
• Create schedules, document performance, and target KPIs.
• Lead root-cause investigations and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure SOPs are written, reviewed, and followed.
