Job summary

Teasdale Latin Foods is hiring Production Workers for first, second, and third shifts (6 am-6 pm, 2 pm-10 pm, 10 pm-6 am) to support ingredients prep, mixing, cooking, and final packaging of our food products. Responsibilities include labeling, monitoring QA, packing, and recording pallet and batch data.

Candidates should have a high school diploma, manufacturing experience preferred, good hand-eye coordination, problem solving, manual dexterity, and the ability to lift 50–65 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous manufacturing experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–65 pounds up to four feet high.
• Must bend, stoop, pull, and push as part of duties.
• Work on a production floor with temperature changes.
• Maintain a clean and safe working environment.

Responsibilities

• Update and label boxes for proper packaging.
• Monitors and provides line QA for pop-ups, dented or scratched lids, label placement, and legible date codes.
• Packs finished products.
• Records the number of cases per pallet and batch.
• Performs case audits when assigned.
• Move and organize products, materials, or equipment between work areas.
• Operates production equipment as needed (ranging from a scan gun to a steam kettle).
• Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or process requirements.
• Ensures cleaning protocols are conducted for all production equipment.
• Notifies supervisor of equipment repair or maintenance needs.
