Job summary

Latham Limestone is seeking a highly motivated, results-driven 2nd Shift Hourly Aggregate Production Foreman to lead and manage our team in a fast-paced, high-demand environment.

You will oversee a production team, ensure safe operations, manage daily output, and coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and quality control to meet production goals. The role requires hands-on leadership and deep knowledge of aggregate plant operations with a strong safety orientation.

Qualifications

• Experience in aggregate production or surface mining operations.
• 2+ years of supervision or leadership in a mining/production environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and direct plant personnel in daily operations.
• Oversee daily production output, ensuring materials meet specs and quality.
• Coordinate with maintenance, dispatch, and QA to meet production goals.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Direct emergency responses during breakdowns to minimize production impact.
• Ensure compliance with MSHA/OSHA and environmental regulations.
