Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in an aggregate quarry/mining environment preferred.
• Ability to work overtime, weekends, and variable shifts as needed.
• Strong safety record and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently to feed material into the plant.
• Perform routine inspections, preventative maintenance, and safety checks.
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair plant equipment including screens, conveyors, crushers, and motors.
• Use welding and fabrication methods to repair or reinforce components.
• Adhere to safety policies and environmental regulations; participate in safety meetings.
