Job summary

Latham Limestone is seeking a 2nd Shift Hourly Aggregate Production Foreman to lead and manage a fast-paced production team at our Latham, OH site.

You will oversee safety, production scheduling, and daily operations, driving improvements and ensuring quality while developing staff. Strong leadership and knowledge of MSHA/OSHA rules are essential to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in aggregate production or surface mining operations.
• 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role within mining or production.
• Familiarity with MSHA safety standards and regulatory compliance.
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Workday, JD Edwards One World software is a plus.
• Ability to obtain or currently possess a Foreman’s License.

materials to meet production goals and deadlines.Adjusts work plans in real time to respond to changes or unplanned events.Production Oversight & Optimization:Manages daily production output, ensuring materials meet customer and quality specifications.Identifies process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce downtime.Tracks production KPIs and ensures alignment with operational targets.Maintenance & Troubleshooting:Ability to identify and resolve mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.Works closely with maintenance teams to implement repair plans and scheduled maintenance.Directs emergency response actions during breakdowns to minimize production impact.Safety & Environmental Compliance:Thorough knowledge of MSHA, OSHA, and environmental regulations.Ensures
