Job summary

Fluidstack seeks a seasoned facilities professional to own the Lubbock site operations, including MEP health, maintenance programs, and site services. You will lead the preventative maintenance strategy and manage vendor contracts to ensure reliable, continuous operations.

Experience in data centers and CMMS implementation is a plus; you will collaborate with construction and commissioning teams to ensure smooth handovers of new capacity and ongoing operations excellence.

Qualifications

• Owned facility operations for a critical or industrial site.
• Built or rebuilt a preventive maintenance program and demonstrated reliability improvements.
• Managed vendor contracts with commercial discipline.
• Taken buildings over from construction and understood handover costs.
• Bonus: Data center experience, CMMS implementation, NFPA 70E, water treatment programs.

Responsibilities

• Own facility operations for the Lubbock site: MEP health, maintenance program, and site services.
• Build the preventive maintenance program from OEM requirements and site history, then hold the schedule.
• Manage facility vendors and service contracts from scope to invoice.
• Partner with construction and commissioning so new capacity hands over to operations clean.
