Job Summary Bell 407 Rotor experience needed for this position. In addition to performing the functions and responsibilities of the specific 145 Repair Station Technician job description at an exceptional level; the Lead Technician will act as a subject matter expert for their maintenance discipline, accepting additional responsibilities as listed below and provide training and mentoring to shop personnel. They will be in charge of leading their individual teams.
This position has no supervisory responsibilities.
