Areas USA is seeking a Lead in Food and Beverage Operations to assist the Concept Manager and Assistant Manager in driving store sales and operational goals. The role oversees a team to ensure guests have an outstanding experience while modeling Areas USA’s standards.

You will coach staff, handle high-volume periods with calm leadership, and execute special projects as needed. The position emphasizes guest service, teamwork, and adherence to company policies, with complete benefits and overtime

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ related experience.
• Minimum high school diploma; some college preferred.
• Knowledge of restaurant environment and guest service operations.
• Strong sales and operational skills in a guest-centric setting.

Position Title: LeadDepartment: Food and Beverage OperationsReports To: Concept Manager/Assistant ManagerStatus: Non – Exempt/HourlyPay Rate: $24 per hourBroad Functions: The Lead contributes to restaurant’s success by assisting the Concept Manager and Assistant Manager in executing store sales and operational goals. This job assists and supervises a team to create and maintain a good experience for our guests and shift members. The candidate is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Areas USA’s high standards and guiding principles in absence of the Concept Manager or Assistant Manager.Main Duties and Responsibilities:1. Models a “guest comes first” attitude, delivers excellent guest service, andsupervises shift employees to ensure they are delivering excellent guest service.2. Constantly reviews store environment to identify problems, concerns, and opportunitiesfor improvement, in order to provide coaching and direction to the shift, to achievesales and operational goals.3. Communicates ideas to the Store Manager or Assistant Manager for broader areas ofimprovement.4. Demonstrates integrity, honesty, and knowledge to promote the culture, values, andmission of Areas USA.5.
