Job summary

Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint is seeking a Lead to support the Unit General Manager or the Restaurant/Retail Manager in achieving store sales and operational goals. You will supervise a team and help maintain guest experiences in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 1-2 years in a related position, a high school diploma, and strong communication, sales, and problem-solving skills. You will help train staff, enforce recipes and standards, and participate in daily operations.

Qualifications

  • 1. One to two years of employment in a related position.
  • 2. Minimum High School Diploma, some College preferred.
  • 3. Knowledge of the Restaurant environment.
  • 4. Exceptional sales and operational skills in a guest service environment.
  • 5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • 6. Team-building and strong problem-solving skills.
  • 7. Ability to use discretion in providing direction to others.
  • 8. Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment.
  • 9. Ability to develop and maintain effective working relationships.
  • 10. Ability to act with a “guest comes first” attitude and deliver guest service that meets or exceed guest expectations.
  • 11. Ability to communicate and execute management directives.
  • 12. May require knowledge of computer equipment or other technical devices or broad knowledge in several operational areas.

Responsibilities

  • Models a “guest comes first” attitude, delivers excellent guest service, and supervises shift employees to ensure they are delivering excellent guest service.
  • Constantly reviews store environment to identify problems, concerns, and opportunities for improvement, to provide coaching and direction to the shift, to achieve sales and operational goals.
  • Ensure that all food and products are consistently prepared and served according to the restaurant’s recipes, portioning, cooking and serving standards.
  • Assist with the training of new associates during shift creating a positive and productive working environment.
  • Execute Operational Excellence to achieve company objectives in terms of service, quality, appearance, sanitation and cleanliness of all areas of the store.
  • Maintains and models a calm exterior presence during periods of high volume or unusual events and moves on immediately after to keep store operating to standard and to set an example for the shift or team.
  • Communicates to management on any recommendations for improvement
  • Execute Brilliant at the Basics GUEST program to company standards.
  • Perform special projects and other responsibilities as assigned.
