Hunter Super Techs - TurnPoint in Fort Lauderdale, FL seeks a Restaurant Manager to support the Unit General Manager in delivering exceptional results, maintaining a great culture, and fostering strong client relationships. You will supervise staff, ensure compliance with Food & Beverage standards, and help meet financial and guest service objectives.

The role requires 1–2 years of restaurant management experience, strong communication skills, and a focus on creating a best-in-class work

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma, some college preferred.
• 1-2 years restaurant management experience.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Must be able to adapt to a diverse workforce.
• Basic understanding of P&L goals for the location including labor, sales, and COG.

Responsibilities

• Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the concept.
• Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage deliveries.
• Assist in the ordering of concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products.
• Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards.
• Maintain sanitation standards and ensure health and safety standards and liquor regulations are followed.
• Follow proper record keeping and assist in preparation of forms, reports, and schedules.
• Processing of invoices through proper systems; arrange for maintenance and repair of equipment.
• Maintain opening and closing procedures and security standards.
• Advise concept manager on associate performance; ensure dress code compliance.
• Monitor staff during shifts; perform other duties as assigned.

Assist in achieving financial, operational, and guest service objectives while promoting a best-in-class work environment. Ensure proper training and supervision of all personnel during assigned shifts to deliver prompt, courteous service in a manner that complies with Food and Beverage standards and company policies and procedures.Main Duties & Responsibilities:Understand completely all policies, procedures, standards, specifications, guidelines, and training programs for the concept.Check quality standards upon delivery of food and beverage deliveries.Assist in the ordering of concept supplies including food, beverage, smallware, chemicals and paper products.Resolve customer complaints about food quality or service through company standards.Maintain sanitation standards.
