Job summary

ANS seeks a seasoned Lead for Learning, Development & Innovation to translate strategy into scalable programs and high-quality deliverables. You will own day-to-day advancement of assigned initiatives, partnering with leaders to capture knowledge and turn it into learning content.

The role requires independent judgment, the ability to challenge assumptions, and ongoing collaboration with the LDI Manager to shape department direction and priorities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading complex, cross-functional projects or programs.
• Experience influencing outcomes without direct authority.
• Experience designing professional learning across formats (in-person, virtual, digital, async).
• Ability to translate ambiguous ideas into actionable plans and measurable results.

Responsibilities

• Independently lead assigned programs from concept to implementation, with accountability for outcomes.
• Translate broad objectives into clear project plans, milestones, and success metrics.
• Coordinate stakeholders, manage competing priorities, and communicate progress.
• Provide functional leadership and influence across teams to advance initiatives.
• Lead development of high-quality eLearning content and knowledge resources.
