Alivia Health, LLC in Guaynabo, PR is seeking a LDD Supervisor to lead the LDD Case Management team, coordinating between patients, caregivers, insurers and providers.

You will monitor contract compliance, oversee performance metrics, train staff, manage schedules, handle prescription management tasks, and ensure compliance with accreditation and federal/state requirements. Bilingual in English and Spanish preferred.

Competenze

• Associate degree or diploma as Certified Pharmacy Technician required.
• Excellent written and verbal communications in English and Spanish.
• Minimum 1 year experience in customer service with knowledge of access processes to preferred benefits.
• Knowledge in management of LDD drugs preferred.
• Knowledge of PBM clinical operations preferred.

Mansioni

• Lead LDD Case Management and liaise between company, patients, caregivers, insurers and providers.
• Monitor case managers' contract requirements and patient service levels.
• Review LDD data per manufacturer agreements.
• Train and develop LDD Case Managers; create and manage schedules.
• Handle prescription management tasks during peak periods.
• Monitor performance metrics and take corrective actions as needed.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation and federal or state requirements.
