Qualifications

• Requires Doctor of Pharmacy or PharmD with active Texas license.
• Willing to obtain immunizer certification within 3 months of hire.
• Strong leadership and pharmacy operations experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Create a great consumer and clinic partner experience and build relationships to meet needs.
• Serve as a clinical expert to the team and support clinical outcomes.
• Counsel and educate patients on medications, adverse effects, and usage.
• Ensure pharmacy and staff follow state and federal laws and policies.
• Perform wellness services such as immunizations and flu shots.
• Drive financial profitability and identify growth opportunities for the pharmacy.
• Motivate, develop and coach staff to deliver exceptional service.
• Create an engaging team environment reflecting core values and culture.
• Promote recruitment of top talent for our pharmacies.
• Review KPIs with staff and identify trends and improvement opportunities.
• Conduct workforce and business planning for operational excellence.
• Build relationships with community and clinic partners to meet needs and promote pharmacy services.
• Drive marketing plans and materials to promote offerings.
