Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an LDAR Technician to join a safety‑driven team at a customer site. The role identifies, documents, and tags fugitive emissions from valves, pumps, and other components using TVAs or OGI cameras to monitor, report, and assist with repairs, ensuring EPA compliance.

Role involves field inspections, data management, and collaboration with maintenance teams, with opportunities for growth within a leading environmental services company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• TWIC is required for access to sites (as applicable).
• Must be able to perform physical labor and work in industrial environments.
• Must be able to wear protective clothing and PPE as needed.
• Experience with monitoring and reporting of VOC leaks is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensure Health & Safety is the top priority by following all safety practices and policies.
• Engage in strenuous physical labor including lifting, pulling, and pushing heavy objects.
• Perform routine inspections to detect VOC leaks in valves, connectors, pumps, and tanks.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain analyzers such as FID.
• Record inspection data and tag leaking components; manage inventory in databases.
• Adhere to environmental regulations and safety protocols.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to verify repairs.
