Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, is seeking an LDAR Technician at a customer site in Sweeny, TX. You will identify and document fugitive emissions and tag leaks using TVAs and OGI cameras, ensuring EPA compliance and supporting refinery and chemical plant operations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• OSHA 10-Hr training preferred.
• Must be able to wear PPE and work in harsh outdoor conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform field inspections of valves, connectors, pumps and tanks to detect VOC leaks.
• Operate and calibrate analyzers (FID) and related equipment.
• Tag leaking components and record data in LeakDAS/GuideWare/SkyBridge databases.
• Maintain compliance with EPA regulations (40 CFR Subpart 60) and safety procedures.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to report leaks and verify repairs.
