Job summary

HPC-Industrial, powered by Clean Harbors, in Linden, New Jersey is seeking an LDAR Technician to join our safety-conscious team. The LDAR Monitoring Technician uses an analyzer and electronic data recorder to monitor components on an assigned route within an industrial facility, calibrates equipment, identifies leaks, and reports emissions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• TWIC card or ability to obtain TWIC.
• Experience in chemical plants or refineries is helpful but not required.
• Willingness to work at moderate to high physical exertion and to cover extended hours.

Responsibilities

• Operate portable analyzer and electronic data recorder.
• Calibrate equipment to ensure optimum analyzer performance.
• Identify leaks and process leak tags; monitor emissions on assigned route.
• Upload daily monitoring activity and generate emissions reports.
• Coordinate with plant personnel and office staff.
