Alliance Technical Group is seeking a site LDAR Program Manager to oversee operations, safety, data integrity, and regulatory reporting at a Big Spring, TX project. You will lead a team, coordinate LDAR activities, and ensure compliance with SOPs and EPA requirements.

The role emphasizes leadership, reporting, and continuous improvement, with an hourly pay starting at $28.00 based on experience. Location is in Big Spring, TX.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead a multi-level site team.
• Proficient with LDAR data management programs and MS Office.
• Applicants should be capable of meeting regulatory demands and solving issues quickly.
• Strong communication and coaching skills are essential.
• Experience with onboarding new hires is a plus.
• Knowledge of EPA Method 21 calibration is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Lead site LDAR program operations and allocate resources.
• Ensure SOP and Health & Safety Management System adherence.
• Prepare and distribute operational and regulatory reports.
• Meet with LDAR reps to align efforts and deploy resources.
• Generate inspection progress reports and QA/QC activities.
• Maintain LDAR data integrity and regulatory compliance.
• Recruit and onboard new hires; conduct initial training.
• Oversee calibration procedures per EPA Method 21.
• Manage inventory and maintenance of equipment and supplies.
