Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a Site LDAR Program Manager to lead operations at Midland/Odessa, Texas. You will prioritize work assignments, provide leadership to the LDAR team, address staffing issues, and ensure compliance with federal, state and local fugitive emission regulations.

You will generate inspection progress reports, manage data in the LDAR system, participate in recruiting and onboarding, uphold SOP and safety policies, and maintain equipment and supplies.

Qualifications

• Must have strong interpersonal (written and verbal) skills.
• Proficient in LDAR data management programs and basic software such as Word and Excel.
• Experience leading a team and coaching staff.
• Ability to ensure safety, quality, productivity and cost management.
• Ability to investigate compliance issues and identify root causes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LDAR operations and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Generate and distribute inspection progress reports.
• Manage safety meetings and field safety program adherence.
• Lead recruiting and onboarding of new hires.
• Maintain data integrity in LDAR system and reports.
