Team Industrial Services is seeking an experienced LDAR Supervisor to lead air monitoring and emissions measurement activities, calibrate equipment, collect field data, and oversee field personnel on client sites and company facilities. The role emphasizes safety, training others, and ensuring EPA-method compliance.

You will travel to multiple sites, manage on-site teams, document results, and support continuous improvement in LDAR programs within a safety-first culture.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Technical school, Industry or relevant training preferred.
• One or more years of experience is preferred.
• Driving License, TWIC Card, preferred.

Responsabilités

• Compliance with all safety procedures and job documentation.
• Plans, organizes, and controls assigned operations in accordance with guidelines and schedules established.
• Maintains awareness of customer and company policies, regulations, and procedures and ensures proper adherence to them.
• Performs EPA Method 21 hydrocarbon leak detection using a portable gas analyzer.
• Performs analyzer certification, calibration, and routine preventative maintenance on testing equipment.
• Identifies leaks and attaches leaking component tags for source identification.
• Assist in training field personnel on LDAR activities.
• Attend and participate in safety meetings to ensure safe practices.
