Job summary

Alliance Technical Group is seeking a site LDAR Operations Supervisor in Midland/Odessa, TX. The role leads LDAR efforts, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while directing staff and coordinating with client teams.

Starting pay is $28.00 per hour, depending on experience. Responsibilities include managing reports, data integrity, and calibrations per EPA Method 21, with a focus on safety and efficiency at the refinery/chemical site.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of SOP and Health & Safety System and ensuring project operations adhere to them.
• Experience leading site operations and LDAR teams.
• Ability to generate and distribute regulatory reports and maintain data integrity.
• Knowledge of EPA Method 21 instrumentation calibration and testing.

Responsibilities

• Lead site LDAR operations and prioritize work across the project.
• Coordinate with LDAR reps to align resources and needs.
• Generate inspection progress reports and distribute per site lists.
• Perform QA/QC activities per SOPs on a regular cadence.
• Recruit and onboard new hires; oversee initial training.
• Maintain integrity of the LDAR data management system and reports.
