Job summary

Ludico Restaurant in Tribeca, New York, is seeking a reliable Restaurant Utility Attendant to support cleanliness, organization, stocking, and daily restaurant operations.

This is a physically active role involving walking, standing, lifting, and stairs, with duties across front/back of house support.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and clean guest restrooms throughout the shift, including toilets, sinks, mirrors, floors, fixtures, and other surfaces.
• Ensure restrooms remain clean, sanitary, fully stocked, and guest-ready at all times.
• Replenish restroom supplies, including toilet paper, paper towels, soap, and other necessary items.
• Empty garbage receptacles and properly dispose of waste throughout designated restaurant areas.
• Polish plates, glassware, silverware, serving pieces, and other dishware to restaurant standards.
• Inspect dishware and service items for cleanliness, spots, chips, cracks, or damage.
• Stock and replenish plates, glassware, silverware, and other restaurant supplies in designated areas.
• Transport clean dishware, supplies, and other materials between restaurant levels and service areas.
• Maintain clean, organized, and properly stocked service, storage, and utility areas.
• Assist the Front of House and Back of House teams with restocking and operational needs during service.
• Monitor supplies and notify management when items need to be replenished.
• Follow all restaurant sanitation, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with additional cleaning, stocking, and restaurant support duties as assigned by management.

Job Summary

Ludico Restaurant is seeking a reliable, hardworking, and detail-oriented Restaurant Utility Attendant to join our team. This is a multi-functional position responsible for supporting the cleanliness, organization, stocking, and overall daily operation of the restaurant.

The Restaurant Utility Attendant will be responsible for maintaining guest restrooms, removing garbage, polishing and stocking dishware, replenishing restaurant supplies, and assisting with general restaurant upkeep. This is a physically active position that requires frequent walking, standing, lifting, carrying, and going up and down stairs throughout the shift.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

Physical Requirements

• Stand and walk for extended periods of time.
• Work at a fast pace and move frequently throughout the restaurant.
• Regularly walk up and down stairs during the shift.
• Lift and carry 30 pounds or more safely.
• Carry stacks of plates, supplies, garbage, and other restaurant materials.
• Bend, reach, squat, push, pull, and perform repetitive movements.
• Safely navigate stairs, hallways, dining areas, service areas, and other active restaurant spaces while carrying items.
• Perform the essential functions of the position with or without reasonable accommodation.
