Job summary
A New Way of Life Reentry Project in Los Angeles, CA is seeking an LCSW Program Manager to lead our social work team across housing and family reunification programs, ensuring high-quality behavioral health services in community settings.

Qualifications
- MSW from an accredited institution and active CA LCSW in good standing.
- Minimum of two years post-licensure clinical supervision experience.
- Experience with formerly incarcerated individuals and trauma-informed care.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Willingness to travel and valid CA driver's license.
Responsibilities
- Provide clinical supervision for ASWs, including weekly supervision.
- Supervise MSW/BSW interns through onboarding, supervision, and evaluation.
- Offer case consultation and crisis support across housing and family reunification programs.
- Ensure adherence to clinical documentation, treatment planning, and ethics.
