The ideal candidate will have a Master’s degree in a relevant field and licenses to practice. The position offers a salary range of $80,000 to $90,000 semi-monthly and encompasses a commitment to community action.

• Supervisory experience, experience in leadership, and development of a team.
• Knowledge on administering assessments, crisis management, and case management.

Responsibilities

• Ensure quality of clinical service through supervision techniques.
• Provide clinical crisis interventions with clients.
• Develop in-service clinical training for staff.
