Clarity Clinic, PLLC, located in Chicago, is seeking a passionate LCSW Clinical Supervisor to join our team. This hybrid role involves managing a caseload while supervising emerging clinicians, offering administrative support to focus on patient care.

You will be part of a multidisciplinary team, ensuring high-quality treatment and contributing to professional growth through continuing education and collaboration.

The position offers competitive compensation of $55-$65 per hour, plus a robust benefits package including health insurance, PTO, and a 401k match.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a clinical setting.
• Independently licensed as LCSW in Illinois.
• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program.

Responsabilités

• Manage a caseload of at least 20 clients per week.
• Supervise up to four supervisees and provide documentation support.
• Participate in continuing education and program development.
