Job summary
Family Health Care Centers of Greater Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking a Behavioral Health Practitioner/LCSW to develop and deliver mental health services in a community clinic. You will perform psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and care coordination with medical providers while supervising trainees.

Qualifications
- LCSW with current license and supervisory capabilities.
- Good speaking and writing skills in English and Spanish.
- Willingness to travel and work in a diverse community.
Responsibilities
- Develop, implement and promote a mental health program in a community clinic setting, including psychosocial assessment, diagnostic services, individual and group psychotherapy and case management.
- Provide coordination with medical providers and supervision of trainees/interns.
- Ensure HIPAA compliance and maintain patient records in the EHR/PMS.
- Attend quarterly staff and risk management meetings and participate in team meetings.
- Deliver crisis intervention as needed and advocate for clients to facilitate follow-up.
