Job summary

Family-Health-Care-Centers-of-Greater-Los-Angeles,-Inc is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) to develop and deliver a comprehensive behavioral health program in a community clinic serving primarily Spanish-speaking, low-income immigrant adults and children.

You will provide psychosocial assessment, individual and group therapy, case management, and coordination with medical providers, while supervising trainees and ensuring HIPAA-compliant EHR documentation.

Qualifications

• Must hold LMFT/LCSW/LPCC license and be in good standing.
• Minimum two years of licensed-practitioner experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• CPR certification current.
• Strong data, documentation and HIPAA compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy in a community clinic.
• Apply a primary care behavioral health model and conduct biopsychosocial assessments.
• Coordinate with PCP and other providers; supervise trainees.
• Maintain accurate EHR/PMS records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
