Job summary

Family Health Care Centers of Greater Los Angeles, Inc. is seeking a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) for our Behavioral Health team in California.

You will develop and provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group therapy, and care coordination with medical providers to serve largely Spanish-speaking, low-income immigrant adults and children. Qualifications

• LMFT or equivalent license (LCSW/LPCC) with supervisory capabilities.
• At least two years of licensed practitioner experience.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish (speaking and writing).
• Current CPR certification.
• FQHC experience preferred.
• Strong analytical and writing/communication skills.
• Computer skills, especially NextGen EHR/PMS.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychosocial assessments, individual and group psychotherapy and case management.
• Coordinate with PCP and other providers for integrated care.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant records and documentation in the EHR/PMS.
• Supervise trainees/interns as appropriate.
• Support scheduling, patient flow, and service quality in a fast-paced clinic.
