Job summary

FHCCGLA seeks a Mental Health Therapist (LMFT, LCSW, LPCC) for its Behavioral Health team in Los Angeles. The role involves delivering psychosocial assessments, diagnostic services, and individual/group therapy to primarily Spanish-speaking, low-income immigrant adults and children.

The therapist will coordinate with medical providers, supervise trainees, and ensure HIPAA-compliant EHR documentation while supporting a fast-paced primary care behavioral health model.

Qualifications

• Licensed mental health professional (LMFT/LCSW/LPCC) in good standing.
• Two years of licensed practitioner experience.
• Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual and group psychotherapy and case management in a community clinic.
• Coordinate with PCP and other health team members for integrated care.
• Supervise trainees/interns and monitor case progress.
• Maintain accurate EHR/PM records and ensure HIPAA compliance.
• Deliver crisis intervention as needed and advocate for clients.
