Qualifications

• Knowledge of import operations and documentation.
• Proven coaching and delegation abilities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual Spanish preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as first escalation point and monitor group emails.
• Coach and guide team members in problem-solving.
• Coordinate departmental scheduling with the Operations Manager.
• Handle customer-requested revisions and manifest corrections.
• Make decisions in manager's absence and communicate with lines and customers.
• Assist with recruitment and lead department workflows.
• Implement procedures to improve productivity and quality.
