This role involves supporting program management, requirement analysis, and doctrinal development within a dynamic, multinational environment. The position is based in Norfolk, VA.Key Responsibilities* Support the development of EMO/EW capability products in accordance with established governance models.* Assist in program management efforts, including stakeholder interaction from strategic to tactical levels.* Support the elicitation, capture, development, and analysis of capability requirements across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI).* Contribute to the development, analysis, and review of EMO/EW related doctrinal materials.* Coordinate DOTMLPFI development and implementation synchronization.* Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, and meetings.* Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations.* Administer programme status information in the electronic support environment.* Support interaction with agencies in the context of EMO/EW capabilities development and validation.* Identify and share lessons learned and best practices.* Travel to meetings and conferences for up to 40 days per year.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Master’s degree in engineering, information systems, computer science, project management, business administration, or a related discipline is required. A Bachelor’s degree combined with an additional 5 years of relevant experience may be substituted.**Experience:*** A minimum of 5 years of operational knowledge of EMO/EW at the Tactical or Joint level within the last 12 years. This includes experience with Joint Interface Control Officer (JICO) duties, multi-interface tactical data links, Navigation Warfare (NAVWAR), Precision Navigation and Timing (PNT), and Battlespace Spectrum Management (BSM).* A minimum of 3 years of experience in the last 10 years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.* A minimum of 2 years of Program/Project Management experience within the last 10 years in a complex environment, with a focus on military capability development.* A minimum of 2 years of experience in the last 10 years working within a multinational organization or military command structure. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
