This role involves providing methodological and analytical expertise to implement a holistic approach toward Multi-Domain & Joint Effects capability development, with a focus on Non-kinetic/Non-Lethal Fires and Effects Integration. The position requires interaction with stakeholders at all levels, from tactical to strategic, and collaboration with national and international military and civilian organizations.Key Responsibilities* Support MDJE-related projects, including Non-Kinetic & Kinetic Fires Integration.* Support the development of Multi-Domain & Joint Effects (MDJE) capability products in accordance with established governance models.* Assist the Program Director and Project Coordinators in program management efforts and stakeholder interaction.* Provide methodological and analytical expertise for the development and implementation of a holistic approach to MDJE capability development.* Assist in the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of requirements across all aspects of DOTMLPFI.* Support the development, analysis, and review of MDJE-related doctrinal materials.* Coordinate the synchronization of DOTMLPFI development and implementation.* Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings.* Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations, including centers of excellence and academia.* Administer MDJE capabilities development program status information in the electronic environment.* Support interaction with agencies in the context of MDJE-related capabilities development and validation.* Identify lessons and best practices to contribute to organizational learning.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Master’s degree or similar national academic or Military College qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration, or related disciplines is required. This may be substituted with a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant experience.**Experience:*** Five years of operational experience within the last twelve years in the integration and synchronization of effects (in particular Non-Kinetic/Non-Lethal) on a Joint or Strategic level staff, or military effects Planning Command and Control and Integration.* Three years of experience within the last ten years briefing senior leaders and decision-makers.* A minimum of two years of Program/Project Management experience within the last ten years in a complex and dynamic environment, with a focus on military capability development.* A minimum of two years of experience within the last ten years working in a multinational organization or NATO Command Structure (NCS) / NATO Force Structure (NFS) and familiarity with agencies’ roles in system development. *Everforth Apex is a world-class IT services company that serves thousands of clients across the globe.
