# LCAT 17-Explosive Devices AnalystApply**Job#: 3051977****Job Description:** *Candidates must be U.S. citizens able to obtain and/or maintain a Department of Defense security clearance as a condition and continuation of employment.*Explosive Devices Analyst**Location:** Norfolk, Virginia (Onsite)**Clearance**: Customer requires all consultants to hold a minimum of an Active SecretRole OverviewAn opportunity is available for an Explosive Devices Analyst to provide contractor support for Counter-Uncrewed Systems and Counter-Improvised Explosive Devices (C-UXS/C-IED) initiatives. The selected candidate will support capability development programs, engaging with stakeholders from strategic to tactical levels and contributing to projects throughout their lifecycle.Key Responsibilities* Support the development of C-UXS/C-IED related capability products in accordance with established governance models.* Assist in program management efforts, including interaction with stakeholders and project support.* Support the elicitation, capture, development, analysis, evaluation, and traceability of capability requirements.* Contribute to the development, analysis, and review of C-UXS/C-IED related doctrinal materials.* Coordinate development and implementation synchronization across Doctrine, Organization, Training, Material, Leadership, Personnel, Facilities, and Interoperability (DOTMLPFI).* Organize and participate in workshops, seminars, conferences, and meetings.* Collaborate with national and international military and civilian organizations.* Administer C-UXS/C-IED capabilities development program status information.* Support interaction with agencies in the context of C-UXS/C-IED capabilities development programs.* Identify lessons and best practices to contribute to organizational learning.Required Qualifications**Education:** A Master’s degree or similar national academic or Military College qualification in engineering, information systems, aeronautics, operations research, project management, business administration, or a related discipline is required. This may be substituted with a Bachelor's degree and five years of relevant field experience.**Experience:** Candidates must demonstrate three years of experience within the last ten years briefing senior leaders or decision-makers. Five years of operational knowledge of C-UXS/C-IED functions at Tactical, Operational, or Strategic levels within the last twelve years is also required. Additionally, a minimum of two years of Program/Project Management experience within the last ten years focusing on military capability development is necessary.
