Job summary

Associa is seeking a Community Association Manager (LCAM) to serve Broward County and the South West Palm Beach County regions, attending our Miramar Branch Office as needed. You will work closely with clients and vendors to ensure communities operate efficiently.

This role requires a valid Florida LCAM license, willingness to commute to managed communities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. You will travel to associations, prepare disclosures and financials, and review monthly reports to

Qualifications

• Valid Florida LCAM license.
• Willingness to commute to Broward County and South West Palm Beach regions, and to the Miramar branch office.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Experience in Community Management, customer service, hospitality or related industry.
• Proficient in business correspondence (grammar, structure, punctuation, spelling).
• Proficient in customer service and conflict resolution.
• Able to work effectively with others in person and in group settings.
• Able to prioritize, manage time, and meet deadlines.
• Able to communicate effectively on phone, email, and in person.

Responsibilities

• Act as or oversee liaison with the Association Board of Directors and homeowners.
• Travel to client associations to attend board meetings, perform inspections, and attend community events as needed.
• Prepare annual disclosure packages, annual meeting notifications, and annual financial statement packages for all homeowners and arrange bulk mailing within required time frames.
• Review monthly financial reports and ensure management summary is submitted to the association Board of Directors.
• Provide and/or oversee recommendations to the Association Board of Directors and committees regarding major capital expenditures.
