Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics in Bridgewater, MA seeks an Associate Director, Translational Bioanalytical Sciences to lead regulated LC-MS/MS bioanalytical activities across small molecules, oligonucleotides, and biologics, primarily for small molecule programs.

Responsibilities include overseeing method development, validation, and sample analysis; managing CROs and internal teams; contributing to regulatory documentation and cross-functional study design; and representing the team in FDA/EMA

Qualifications

• PhD or MS in Analytical Chemistry, Chemistry, or Biochemistry.
• 10+ years post-PhD experience in pharmaceutical bioanalysis focusing on small molecules and oligonucleotides.
• Expertise in LC/MS method development, validation, and GxP compliance.
• Strong understanding of regulatory standards (FDA, EMA, CLSI).
